HOW DOES THE MANAGED FREIGHT PROGRAM WORK?

KEW’s scale allows us to provide favorable shipping options to our customers. Our Managed Freight Program means that freight costs are prepaid by KEW. We then break the freight cost out as a separate line item from the material on the invoice. It’s as simple as that.

BENEFITS OF THE KEW MANAGED FREIGHT PROGRAM

	It can save you money. All shipments are optimized to determine the best carrier and cost for each shipment using our network-wide volume and contracted rates.
	It eliminates your shipping liability. KEW is responsible to ensure that all orders are delivered and in good condition. We choose our carriers based on their ability to successfully deliver our products to our customers consistently, but if there’s an issue with your shipment, KEW will provide replacement material and/or a credit or refund. Any carrier communication or freight claim is handled internally by KEW.
	It can improve your shipping times. KEW carriers have preferred pick-up times and are into our locations daily, which ensures that all shipments go out as quickly as possible.
